Mike was the Old Mill High School football coach for eight years. He also was an associate with Amstar Mortgage. Mike also coached directed the Old Mill track team to Maryland Class 4A State, East Region and Anne Arundel County titles and was named Coach of the Year in 1994. Email Mike Marcus
Coach Johnson received his B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Nutrition from Marywood University. In 2009, Matt received his M.S. in Strength and Conditioning from Bridgewater State College. Matt is the current Head Strength and Conditioning coach of Mens basketball at Montrose Christian. While attending Marywood, Matt was a 4 year member of the Varsity basketball team and captained the squad his senior season. In the past, Matt served as a full-time intern in the Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Department at Boston College. Brian graduated from Kent State, where he played football. Brian is the DeMatha HS Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Brian also played Tight End for the Washington Redskins. Email Brian Bell
Brian graduated from University of Maryland with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Brian's hometown is Rockville, Maryland. Matt is Athletic Republic Level II Certified and has coached at a variety of football clinics, combines, and camps. Brian hopes to introduce young athletes to new skills and drills. Elijah has been actively involved in strength and conditioning programs for over 5 years. He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary.
