The Ultimate Lacrosse Training Protocol

Let our trainers help strengthen your shooting and footwork skills with lacrosse-specific drills. Our program will focus on the individual; teaching and perfecting their stick skills, one on one play, field presence, decision making, and overall ability.

Average Program Improvements

Average improvements of an 8 week Acceleration Training Program:
  • 4-6 mph increase in shooting velocity
  • 2 tenths of a second off 40 yard dash
  • 33% improvement in foot speed
  • 50% improvement in rate of recovery
  • 4 inch increase in vertical jump
  • 20 % greater leg strength
