Average Program Improvements
Average improvements of an 8 week Acceleration Training Program:
- 4-6 mph increase in shooting velocity
- 2 tenths of a second off 40 yard dash
- 33% improvement in foot speed
- 50% improvement in rate of recovery
- 4 inch increase in vertical jump
- 20 % greater leg strength
