2011 Acceleration Camp Series
These camps are designed specifically for all athletes looking to increase their speed, agility, quickness and endurance.
Athletes will participate in a variety of exercises and drills that will improve their quickness, explosive power, and strength endurance.
Athletic Republic staff will combine dynamic flexibility, plyometrics, Olympic lifting techniques, agility drills, and bouts on the Athletic Republic patented Super Treadmill in Acceleration Camps
geared towards maximizing athletic movements. Camps are targeted at both sport specific movements and general acceleration training. Check out our 2011 Summer Camp offerings.
