Current Openings

  • Athlete Recruiter
    The Athlete Recruiter is responsible for generating new athlete enrollment to meet and exceed the monthly goals of the center. In addition, the Athlete Recruiter will proactively generate athlete interest (leads) by establishing and implementing in-center marketing and promotion programs.
    • Generate Leads and Tours:
    • Contact existing clients and seek new opportunities within the athletic market
    • Conduct follow-up calls to prospects; make athlete succession calls
    • Perform 60 facility tours a month and make 25 to 50 presentations to prospects
    • Communicates to the coaches regarding site-tour appointments
    • Attain 2 to 3 appointments per day, 90 to 120 monthly
  • Sports Performance Coaches
    Excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, confident, team-oriented person to be the direct link to the athletes in delivering all levels of the Athletic Republic Training Programs. An athletic background and CSCS certification preferred. Candidate will be responsible for the proper evaluation and appropriate training measures for performance enhancement. Candidate will judge athlete's progression through various stages of programs and implement protocol change as needed under the guidelines established in the Athletic Republic Protocol Manual. Candidate will assist Sports Performance Director as deemed necessary. Responsibilities and duties include: training athletes, conduct and enter pre- and post- program testing, implementing all levels of athlete development programs, educating athletes on specific training needs, portray upbeat attitude toward clients and staff, communicate and sell programs effectively to parents, coaches and athletes, coordinate presentations and meetings with area club sports organizations, schools and coaches, assist with athlete files and perform duties assigned by Sports Performance Director.
  • Athlete Development Internship
    Interns will gain experience with all Acceleration training techniques, including Speed Training sessions on the Super Treadmill; Plyometric sessions (including footwork, speed, strength and power); Strength Training Sessions; Stick Handling and Shooting skill-specific sessions; skill-specific sessions for other sports. Once an intern is competent and comfortable in the above areas, they will lead athletes through training sessions, adjusting protocols according to skill, ability and conditioning. Responsibilities: chart keeping for each athlete; minimal office and cleaning duties. Qualifications: Prefer a student who has completed a minimum of at least two years collegiate studies, with a major in one of the following fields: Kinesiology, Health Fitness, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Biomechanics. Helpful coursework would include: Anatomy and Physiology, Motor Learning, Health Science, etc. Applicants should be energetic, enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sprint mechanics, skating mechanics, agility and resistance training techniques a plus. Experience working with athletes of any ability also a plus. Availability: All semesters available: Fall, Spring and Summer. Work requirements: Determined by credit requirements. A minimum of 200 hours is required. Compensation: For those who complete a minimum of 200 hours, a $400 stipend will be issued. If student requires additional hours, a per-hour rate will be assigned based on performance.

  • Nutritionist
